By accessing or using the EduGo Education website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

EduGo Education is an All India Admission Forum that provides admission guidance, career counselling, coaching support and document assistance for school, college, university and open-learning programmes. We are a consultancy and coaching centre; we are not a government body, university or examination board. Final admission decisions are made solely by the respective educational institutions or examination authorities.

• You must use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• You agree not to misuse any form, link or contact channel on the Site, including spam, abuse or fraudulent submissions.
• All content on the Site — text, images, logos, course descriptions — is owned by EduGo Education and may not be copied without written permission.

We help students and parents understand admission processes, eligibility criteria and deadlines. We do not guarantee admission, placement, scholarships, job outcomes or any specific result from an institution. Admission is always subject to the rules, availability and discretion of the college, university or board concerned.

• Course fees, counselling fees and any other service charges are discussed and agreed upon in person, via phone or through WhatsApp before enrolment.
• Any fees paid to EduGo Education are for consultation, coaching, documentation and support services. Government / institution fees, if applicable, are paid directly to the respective authority.
• All payments are final. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of EduGo Education and are processed only for services that have not yet commenced.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting enquiry forms, callback requests, documents or any other material. EduGo Education is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent documents provided by the user.

EduGo Education shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on the information provided. We strongly recommend that users verify all details directly with the institution or official board before making decisions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
